Burger King was reinventing itself by listening to the people who matter most: its customers. President Tom Curtis put his real phone number on the internet and took 1,400 calls himself. Those calls led to real changes, starting with the Whopper's first glow-up in a decade. Then something happened. A competitor's awkward CEO went viral for nibbling his own burger like he lost a bet. So we answered just with a real, unscripted bite from Tom. Nothing staged, just BTS footage and a man who clearly eats its own "products". Thirteen seconds, zero dollars: 3.3 billion impressions, four straight weeks as the #1 QSR in traffic growth, and one of the biggest sales weeks in BK history.
